Throughout my career as a photojournalist, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing the full spectrum of humanity — from triumph to tragedy and everything in between. I’ve seen people’s remarkable capacity to persevere and learned that in darkness there’s light, that when people are pushed to their limits, they can reveal something extraordinary, that we’re stronger than we realize. I’ve attempted to process these experiences and these lessons through music. Witness is a multimedia project that combines my photographs with my original songs written about the stories I’ve covered and my experiences behind the camera. Watch the video below to learn more.
